Nepa Hima Trade Links, the sole authorized distributor of Sony mobile phones in Nepal, added the latest smartphone, “Sony Xperia Z1”, to their family from October 27. The premium device was jointly unveiled at a function by Executive Director Rajendra Tuladhar of Nepa Hima, and Masaki Matsumaye, Head of Regional Market Development, Sony Singapore. The new phone is operated by Android v4.2 Jelly Bean Operating System (OS). The device has a 5” TFT capacitive touch screen with 10 fingers multi touch display. What makes Sony’s latest device separate from other smartphones in the market is its whooping 20.7 mega pixel rear camera along with 2 mega pixel front camera and rich display technology. Talking about the memory, the phone is available in 2 GB RAM and flash memory of up to 16 GB. It can also be advanced up to 64 GB through a microSD card. Sony Xperia Z1 is priced at Rs. 78,000 and is available in three color variants.
